How to save a variable of a personnal type in a Variant

Hi,

I developed a Matrix class and I would like to save an object of this type in a VARIANT.

//myMatrix is an Matrix object
Matrix myMatrix;

//what i wanna do is:
VARIANT myVariant;
myVariant.???=myMatrix;

By what must i replace "???", in which field of myVariant will be save myMatrix?
