How to save a intuity message to a pc 1

Is there a way to save a voicemail message to a PC as a WAV file or other format to be played back at a later time. If so what software will this require I currently have Message Manager 4.6 but I don't see a way to save the file in a format to be played back. But maybe I am missing something.

Right click on the message, hit save and it gives you a choice of formats. WAV is one of the formats. Save it to a WAV and you can even send it in a email.

Thanks for the information but I don't have those options. But I found way to accomplish what I was looking for. By making a copy of the message and placing it in the personal folders. Then downloading the Avaya reader from there website then play the LVP file using the reader.
