How to restore/Rebuild a missing Catalog in BE 8.6

Hi,

My exchange server 2000 gets backed up daily sucessfully but it does not seem to have up-to-date catalogs listed in the restore section of BE 8.6. All other servers seem fine. Is there a way to rebuild or retrieve the missing catalogs for the exchange server ?
