How to reset Sybase Admin password

I have a sybase DB, but lost the admin password. How can I reset the password, or get the password?

Do you have any other logins that have the sa_role assigned?

no, unfortunately I don't have any other logins. I heard there is a back door, basically using -p as an option when starting the database. But I don't know the details. Hoping someone can help.
