How to reset Octel password

I have been giving the mission to administrate and maintain an Octel (I do not know the model but it looks like a fridge).

Were do you connect to it, to administrate it?

Is there a way to reset the password?

What color is it and if you look on the back of it it should say on the sticker what type it is.

if you open the door what kind of cards does it have? they should be labeled
