How to repair damaged form

Sadly, no. The best you can do is to try to open the form in Design mode. If you can do that, you can use the Clipboard to copy and paste the broken form's contents into a new form. It's a bit of work, but less than that needed to re-create the form from scratch.
If you can't open the form in Design mode, then I'm afraid your only alternative is to restore it from a backup.
