How to rename a field in multiple reports ?

Using CR 8.5 Developer Edition.
I have over 70 reports based on an MS-SQL Server 7.0 database.
Sadly, someone has renamed a couple of fields in a table which many of my reports reference, either directly or in formulae.
Is there a way in which I can rename the field in my Crystal reports without having to open each one ?
I guess I need a utility that will scan through all my reports and rename X to Y.
Does such a program exist, or does CR include this facility ?
