How to remove the PRINT icon from toolbar in Word, excell, IE...

How can I remove the print icon from the toolbar in Word, Excel, IE, etc...? I need to Print Setup page to open everytime you try to print.

For internet explorer: Right click on the bar, than personalize, click on the icone of the printer and remove.

For Excel and Word: Right click on the bar...personalize and drag the printer icone into the windows just opened.
