Hello
I have screwed up the instalation of my TSAPI Server and when I try to login get this error:
Failure opening stream to Tserver ANGUSNOTEBOOK: Account restricted [114].
If I log in with a bogus username I just get a bad username/password.
I have tried Administrator and my Windows username (which I selected as login name on installation).
Rather than reformat my hard drive and start again, there must be a wat to find the SDB database and delete it. I have tried uninstalling everything (including BTrieve) and starting again. Also ensuring BTI and relevant Avaya directories under Program Files are removed.
I suspect there is some BTrieve database file which is the SDB database omewhere on my system - but can't work out where it is. I am using CentreVu version 1.2
Any help would be very much appreciated.
Angus
