how to remove recycle bin from desktop?

You can do registry hacks to accomplish this, but I prefer the policy edit approach:
Start, Run, gpedit.msc
User Configuration ===>Administrative Templates=== >Click on Desktop
In the right pane Click "Remove Recycle Bin icon from desktop", right-click it and choose Properties. Choose "Enable".
