How to remove password on Call Log on M3903 1

Hi,

I have a user who forgot the password on Call log M3903 phone. Does anybody know how to disable or how to default the password.

I tried it but still asking for password. I tried 12345678 as password and it did not take it.

There is no data on SCPW field.

Call Log PW – Press Call Log, then scroll down button till get to password change. If need to send it back to default, PW is 12345678.

If you did the CPWD and it didnt take the default password you either have the wrong tn, you did it wrong, or least likely a bad set.

3903 can not do passwords for the call log - this is a problem with some of the phones usually after upgrading firmware.

Give the user another phone and put this phone in a location that will never need the call log (lunch room)

This phone is broken and there is no fix - but since everything else works - don;t through it out.

I don't know, Reusser. I just reset a password on a 3903 using the directions farther up this page.
