hello all,

can someone please tell me how to properly remove a Windows NT BDC on a Windows 2000 AD? as you know, unlike in 2000, there is no way to demote a domain controller in windows NT to a member server. i tried just turning off the server for about a week then after checking all the eventlogs on all my servers, i tried just deleting the account from the active directory console then going to domain controller container. right click on the server then delete but it didn't work. i got an error message saying that it cannot delete it. can you please tell me how to do this?

thanks a lot!
