How would I remove a loop that is not being used ?

Ld 17

REQ chg
TYPE cequ
TDS
CONF
DLOP X and then the loop number.

Make sure you delete all trunks and "DCH if needed".

how do i remove the trunks?

I guess we need to know of this is a IPE SuperLoop, or T1/PRI Loop.

If it is a T1/PRI, use LD 14 to out each TN. You can do OUT 23 or OUT 24 as well to do'em all.

Then print your LD22 TYPE CEQU to see it - then delete it.

You don't "have" to delete anything except the trunks, which will recover TN licenses.
