How to relocat Veritas Backup Exec 9.0 to another computer

I have Veritas Backup Exec 9.0 for Windows Servers installed in one computer. It has been doing backup for about one year. Now I need to move the Backup Exec 9.0 to another new computer due to company hardware upgrade.

Does anyone know what steps I should go through to move everything(such as, log files, license and so on) to the new machine?
