How to reciver system databases?

At one of the customer sites that I am working on, customer deleted the system databases(master,msdb,tempdb,model) without tech notice. If anybody suggests how to restore it will great help to me.It is happend almost 3 months back.I dont think there are any backup files.

First, backup whatever is left.

Then, re-install SQL Server. This should re-install the system databases, and in my experience, leave the user databases intact.
