How to re-establish Favorites into new HDD?

I've upgraded my computer and I'm running off a nice new Hard Drive.
I've also got my old Hard Drive installed as a back-up on a Raid.

Anyhow, does anyone know how I can get my old 'Favorites' re-established into my new Hard Drive?

Favorites are shortcut links stored in:
c:\Documents and Settings\username\Favorites

You could also try the menu, File>Import and Export. That's what I've always done, when moving to a new machine.
