How to "requery" another form?

I have a form that I update information from another form... after I update this information and choose "Add" I want it to requery or refresh the other form so the new record shows up?

Is this possible?

You can get Form2 to Requery by using the following code in the "Add" code on Form1.

Forms![Form2].Form.Requery

Substitute the name i have in red with your actual form name.
