I have an IPOffice Small Business that has 4 active lines connected to the analog ports. The EU has decided to remove two of the lines and just go with 2 lines. I have read where you have to put the unused trunks "out of service". But I see no options to do that when I am looking at the trunks in Manager.
Can anyone help me finding where to go to put them OOS?

Under Trunk Type you can set it to out of service.

Where do I find Trunk Type? All that I see in the Menu Tree is Lines.

Just change the outgoing line group to something different in the line settings. If you can't do that, you probably shouldn't be trying :-)
