How to pull exchange email into web app?

Does anyone know of a method to check the contents of a specific mailbox and pull it into a web page.

Since not all of our employees have email - we wanted to create a special email address that received "all employees" messages that could be published on the intranet.

We were thinking that there might be a vb or ASP script that would be integrated to perform this task.

Any suggestions?
