Is there a method to implent my exe with e.g. a checksum value to safeguard me the exe is still in the original state?

Are you saying that you are worried that someone will tamper with the EXE file in some way? If so, why not simply make it read-only?

Mike, I have this exe which has a function to alter the dialup connection which I would not like to be changed by any hacker. The article of Microsoft will solve, as I can see now all my needs. Thanks for support.
