how to produce faded background in dreamweaver

Need to know how to make 45 degree faded backgoround in dreamweaver, that moves with the browers size eg you only see the faded background colour
 
Do you mean a CSS Gradient Background like the Adobe home page or something else? The above link shows how to create a vertical gradient using Fireworks - you can easily use Photoshop or another graphics source as well.
