How to populate a template with a spreadsheet of records.

Hi Guys,

I have got a template created purposely to hold data for my project purposes. I have got an excel spreadsheet that contains part of this data. How can I programme my template to import data from this spreadsheed - so that for every single record entered from a spreadsheed, I create a new document based on my template?

I know somebody out there has the skill to do it. Please help!
