Hi guys,
We're implementing a queue for a customer which is previously handled by a Cisco Contact Center. On their call flow it can pick a random MOH from a list of audio files.
Sequence Music/Message (file name) Notes
1 "Music_30_1"
2 "Promo_1_v2" Randomally play one of these 'promo' messages
"Promo_2_v2"
"Promo_3_v2"
"Promo_7_v2"
3 "Music_30_2"
4 "Promo_9_v2" Randomally play one of these 2 'promo' messages
"Promo_10_v2"
5 "Music_30_3"
6 Start loop again at sequenece 2
Is there a way to do this in Avaya CM6.3? I'm only familiar with uploading an audio file and setting it up in the music-source then changing the station/agent TN.
As an option I'm planning to convert all of them into a single file but having a hardtime to fix the loop from SEQUENCE 6 to SEQUENCE 2.
Thanks!
