YO,

depends a bit on what sort of literature you are looking for, and for what version...

For example, for ServiceCenter 5.1 you can download a package of following literature from Peregrine's support site:

Installing and Configuring ServiceCenter:
-Client/Server Installation Guide for Windows
-Client/Server Installation Guide for Unix
-Client/Server Installation Guide for OS/390
-Java Client Installation and Configuration Guide
-SC3270 Client Installation Guide

Using ServiceCenter:
-Introduction and Best Practices
-Service Wisdom HTML
-Distributed Services Quick Start Guide
-Event Services Guide
-ReportCenter
-Request Management Guide
-ServiceCenter User's Guide
-Work Management

Administering and Tailoring ServiceCenter:
-Application Administration Guide
-Database Management and Administration, Vol. 1
-Database Management and Administration, Vol. 2
-Event Services Guide
-RAD Guide PDF
-System Administrator's Guide, Volume 1
-System Administrator's Guide, Volume 2
-System Tailoring, Volume 1
-System Tailoring, Volume 2
-System Tailoring, Volume 3
-Technical Reference Guide

Upgrading and Migrating to a New Version:
-Database Management and Administration Guide, Vol. 1 (RDBMS Migration)
-Upgrade Benefits HTML
-Upgrade Utility Guide

You can also order a CD with above books, or printed copies of them. Note, though, that you would need to have a login to access the support site...and to obtain that you *might* have to get in touch with Peregrine support (send mail to support at peregrine.com).

If you are looking for books that help in tailoring, check out
Other resources are...
