How do I monitoring the proformance of the sql sevrver and how to know the current login users and utilization of the sql server process ?

I think using "SQL Profiler" will help you.

To view the current connections, in Enterprise Manager, under your server (logged in with SA privilages) go to Management->Current Activity->Process Info.

Here you can see who is connected, what application, machine, last transaction, and if anything is holding up (blocking) another process. Good for troubleshooting.
