How to manage a link?

Hi!

I have an URL, for example:
This picture changes every 30 minutes (meteorological satelite weather forecast).

How to automate process that something (not someone) will
1./ press the link
2./ save picture to disk
3./ rename picture
4./ create continuous animation with this saved pictures.

Uff, many questions. Thanks a lot.
