how to make pdf file from photoshop

i am very new to photoshop, i am trying to make a photoshop file into a pdf file, on all of my other programs i just go to print, change printer to acrobat distiller, then chose where to save to, then save, very easy, however when i do that in photo shop, there are other things on the print box, like (i am doing mainly grayscale pages), there are 3 different grayscales to pick from - reg, gamma 1.8, or gamma 2.2. not sure which to use. & also on encodeing, have 3 choices - ASCII, binary, or jpeg. i did get it to work, i picked reg grayscale & jpeg for encoding. but just not sure if once it goes to the printer it will be the right quality.

You can save images as Photoshop PDFs in the save dialogue or ,as you said, use the print dialogue. As to the settings for the printer, contact the printer and ask them (I don't work with pdfs much sorry).
