how to make icons for form control toolbar 1

How do I create special icons for the form control toolbar, so I can have different icons for different controls with the same parent. Imagedit, shipped with vfp 3 & 5, is not present with vfp6, and is too crude to be useful anyway.

Microsoft VC++ can make .ico file for you, 16*16 or 32*32,
If you have it, it is very easy to use.
