Hello.

How can an access project be made shareable? I mean can a project be used by all users across the network? I am a beginner in this field and I don't know much about the uses of VBA. Does VBA play any role here? If yes in what way? Well, if not, what has to be done in order to make it shareable to multiple users (2 or 3) who can work on it simultaneously? If you think it is not possible to explain it here would you please suggest me where i can get this information from?

Thank you.

I would say the exception is when the database is not split into a client/server application with concurrent access. Mostly data must be updated/viewed from different users. You can do this different of ways.

1) Use the database splitter wizard.
2) Create a blank database and import the tables. Then, in the original database delete the tables and use the link manager add-in to 'link' or 'connect' to the separated tables.
