I want to develop a search engine like yahoo, or msn search... Does anybody have any idea of how to do that ??

Its quite an involved job if you want to code one. You need to write a spider. There was a Microsoft Press books that was about this but Idon't know if it is still available.
You could use Site Server - that has the ability to link to and spider pages and put the results in Index Server.
There are a few other products available aswell on the market that are better.
