How to make a rich textbox editor (to compose a message) like hotmail

Hi,

Does anyone know of a class or COM control that I can use to make a rich textbox editor (like hotmail has in for there email message box, i.e. when you are composing a message.)?

Be warned, however. The text editor can be used to render any HTML or even scripts unless you perform a custom validation routine on it.
