How to make a Database connection with FileMaker Pro V5.0, in PHP?

Dear all,<br><br>I am new to PHP, and wish to connect up to a FileMaker Pro V5.0 database. I currently am able to connect up to a MySQL database, however my boss wants a connection to a FileMaker Pro V5.0 database.<br><br>I already have the database created in FileMaker, however, I do not know how to connect to it using SQL commands in PHP.<br><br>If anyone has any advice on how to do it in PHP, JavaScript or even CGI/Perl, please advice.<br><br>Thank you!
