How can I create a mailbox that receives all email without a valid destination?

Example:
email sent to joe@company.com goes to joe
email sent to jo@company.com goes to catch-all

I know to do this in exchange 2003 can be done with scripts.
I was hoping that MS has this as an option now.

Setup a mailbox with an email address and under the SMTP Server propeties there is an option for "Foreward All Email with Unresolved recipients"

I can't find that option anywhere.
Could someone point me in the right direction?

Server in Systems Manager > Protocols > SMTP

Under one of the tabs, is the option

This forum is for Exhange 2007 not 2003.
2007 doesn't use systems manager.

I'm having trouble finding the way to implement a catch-all account in Exchange Server 2007 too. I'll post more information if or when I find it.

Right now I have our exchange server to use email from 4 different domains.

Lets say domain1, domain2, domain3, domain4.

Currently if someone sends an email to an unresolved recipient to domain1, domain3, domain4 the sender gets an unresolved recipient email back to them.
But if someone sends an email to an unresolved recipient to domain2 I get that email send to my email box (it looks like a quarantine email, one that you would have to open then select resend in order to view it). It works exactly the way I need it to but I have no clue how I did this. I can't find anything anywhere, I am thinking I must have done something using the command shell.

If someone knows of a way to view information about an email box or settings using the command shell that might help.

By the way my email box is not the postmaster or quarantine box (at least it doesn't show that using the GUI).

Any ideas?
