How to link a drop-down menu choice to a webpage using Frontpage

Hi guys i am not a programmer just wanted to make a nice site. I was wondering if someone can tell me how to link drop-down choices using forms object to a webpage that is to be displayed in another frame on the same page. PLEASE HELP !!!

Thanks for the link but i want to know how to point the menu it to display a page in a Frame on the same page... i dont know if this makes sense. Ill explain again. My page has 3 frames. I want the menu to be on one and display the page in another. So i can see the menu all the time and dont have to hit the back button.
The site shows me how to use the menus as links which solves half my problem.
