how to install SP2

I have a few questions on installing SP2 for exchange:

In downloading the upgrade and extracting it to SP2 folder, the subfolder called 'Docs' has nothing in it?? What's up with that?

From what I can find there is little detailed information in the Readme files on how to install the service pack. On top of that the Release Notes for SP2 are very vague on installation.

I currently am running W2k SP2 with Exchange 2000. This is my PDC and only DC. So...anyone know how to install the SP ??

I'm assuming that I run the "update.exe" file under
SP2/server/setup/i386/update.exe

Can anyone explain what all the portions of the SP are?

server/adc/ - ??
server/calcon/ - ??
server/docs/ - Empty
server/instmsg/ - Install lastest version of Instant Messenger
server/migrate/ - Migration tools for older versions of exchange??
server/setup/ - SP vague Setup Files?
server/support/ - What Support??

You would be correct that your run the Update.exe

As for documentation of SP2 goto:

It may not answer all the above questions, but it should help.
