how to install Solaris Kernal patch?

All guru's,

I have patch number 120011-14 i a zipped file directly from Sun.com. I unzipped it on my solaris box and it has hundreds of packages, etc. However, the README doesn't explain how to install the patch.

Will someone please teach me how to install a kernal patch like this?

usually "patchadd -d ." from the top level patch directory.
