No is the short answer.
The Voodoo 2 is not a dedicated 2d/3d card.
You must have the onboard SIS chipset active and use the pass-through cable that came with your voodoo2.
If you want to disable the onboard card, you will have to purchase, at the very least, a voodoo 3 which you can now acquire for about £70.00
