How to increase max number of groups per uid ?

There is a limitation for a user to belong to only 32 groups... how can this be changed in AIX or Linux (UNIX)?

Is it even possible to be member of say 100 available groups (in other words completely drop this limit)?

Please advise!

This is set in /usr/include/sys/limits:
#define NGROUPS_MAX 32
