how to import data from public folder to DB and inbox in outlook

Hello everybody,
I have some emails stored in public folders. I want to import those emails' data (includes the folder's name) to SQL server database and inbox folder. How can I find those emails from the public folders tree architecture and how to import? Does anybody can help me?

Your question involves several different problems.

1. Reading the folder level can be found at

2. Part 2 involves using ADO to put records into an ODBC database which can be found the ACCESS section of

except you will be using SQL instead of Access.
