In the design window, right click the details section and select "format section". Check the "new page after" checkbox. This is item #2 above.
If you format the other sections of the report, and check the "suppress" checkbox, that is #1 above.
Now if you have done this you will get every record on its own page, plus a blank page at the very end, since every record, including the last one, is set to new page after.
To get rid of the last blank page, format the details section again, and this time click on the "X-2" button to the right of "new page after" and enter the following formula:
Not OnLastRecord
This will supress the last blank page and it give you an idea of how to use OnFirstRecord s your original post asked about.
