Hi everybody.

My question is I lready did a file in the Client Voicemail pro on my avaya 500 v2 and when I test the program if I can called that way everything is right now i want to put on the commutator, and see if when my clients call to the office they can hear the option that press one to be attended o press 0 if you know the extention and stuffs like that. when i tested it works normally but i dont know how to do it for my clients hear that.

I hope you guys can understand what i want to say and you can help me.

Thankyou.

A VMP file is useless, you should export the whole MDB data base or individual modules and copy custom wav files.
You can import the database or modules at cust site and copy the wavs to the same dir you copied it from.

Well now my question is how I do that you told me?

Pepe, this is very basic stuff.
you better go on a course or have a look in the VMPro client because this can easily found

BAZINGA!

I'm not insane, my mother had me tested!

Hahaha we are very helpfull today, i'm in a good mood not being sacked today so here you go:

1st Go to the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Avaya\IP Office\Voicemail Pro\VM\WAVS and copy all the wav file you see here and pste them at the same location of the customers vm pro pc.
2nd Open the VM client, connect to the server and ge to "File > Import / Export" and export the whole database, do the reverse on the customes vm pro.
3th After importing the database press "Save and make live"
4th Program the customers IP Office for accessing the new VM Pro config and test everything
5th If it works, be happy, if not pretend to be ill and leave the premise as quick as you can and never return.
