How to identify the Nth visitor to my web site

Hi,

I'm using a free counter on my site from

http://www.dejacey.com.

I would like to be able to trigger a popup window only on the Nth visit to request from the visitor an action such as responding by email.

Is this possible, easy, or heavy programming? If possible how do I go about doing this.

try and use the variable a or a+1 as the nth visitor. thats just a guess. Ranjan
