how to HTML Emails???

I would like to send those html emails that really look attractive once received. I use outlook. Shall I create an html in a web design software and insert it in outlook? How??

If I understand you correctly. Its called stationery.

In the tool menu select Actions -> New Mail Using->

These files are html files and are located C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\Stationery
