I have an extension 249, and I would like it ring on 3 different phones. We are using norstar plus compact ics2.0. I would appreciate any help on how this is done.

how to have one extension ring at multiple phones

You can assign an answerDN at each of the other three phones to appear/ring the extension 249. look in Terminals&sets->line access->answer DNs. Note: calls that were forwarded to 249 will not ring answer DN. also note that call ringing on 249 would follow any forwarding set up on the other sets. JerryReeve
