I have a web page that is the result of a query.
Currently, if the information entered into the query is not in the database, an error occurs half way through generation of the page.

I need to test if I can go to line number 80 of the results page. If I can't, then an error occurred.

Any ideas?

Hello canberrasnag,

Usually, it can be debugged by inserting and strategic positioning some response.write statements on the target page.

BTW the DOM (Document Object Model) doesn't expose a line number property.

Hope This Helps, PH.
