How to give access to an AD group to a mailbox

Hi,
I gave access to my mailbox to an Active Directory group, but when a member of this group try to print a day of my calendar, an error message appear:
the messaging interface...unknown error...restart outlook.

When I give the access to a person and not a group the person can print without problem.

What is wrong?
