how to get server's time by using c++ builder 5

I NEED TO GET SOME HELP ABOUT GETTING ANY SERVER TIME BY USING C++ BUILDER 5 AND REPLACING MY PC TIME WITH IT, I THINK I HAVE TO USE NETWORK TIME PROTOCOL AND ICMP, BUT I'M NOT REALLY SURE.

If your machine participates in an Active Directory, this may not be necessary, as AD will synchronize all machines in it's tree.
