How to get rid of OE

We're trialing XP for a roll out in my college, but we don't want Outlook Express available. We've already sorted out the Messenger problem but OE is trickier. The only option we can find at the mo is to remove IE6 altogether and re-install without OE. It would be nicer to just un-install OE alone. (BTW Deleting all the OE files works but isn't very subtle.) ;-)
