How to get regitry key value

Hi All:

I'm new to VBscript. Does anybody know how to get a registry key value? Can I use APIs like RegOpenKeyEx, RegOpenKeyEx, RegQueryInfoKey, RegCloseKey... If so, how to declare them? Thank you in advance.
