We are using an application written with Remedy to capture information concering support calls and change requests. The remedy application is written over a SQL Server database.
We have developed some reports, using Access, to view and print these calls. One annoying thing about the reports is that the CR-LFs included in the detail descriptions and work logs print out as []s in the Access reports. We have tried to search and replace the []s with a CR-LF but have not been able to do this successfully.
Any suggestions on how to get these []s to actually print as CRLFs?
